The new Steps to Hope center will provide the space for innovative programs to address age-old problems and help all people affected by domestic violence. The new Steps to Hope domestic violence prevention center will encompass 9,200 square feet. The organization plans to host five shelter bedrooms, private counseling rooms, confidential intake/reception areas, resource library for both victims and the community, a secure support group meeting room, separate abuser counseling area and community education/teacher training spaces.
